Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Unfortunately things break. Whether they get damaged in shipping or a manufacturer defect. Either way, we have your back. Although we inspect every item we ship 3 times (call us a little cautious) sometimes things just happen out of our control. We want you to know that you are covered completely at MyTacticalWorld.com. Think of every item you buy from us as being covered by an insurance policy.
The Short and simple
- We offer a 30 day, hassle free full return on all items (exceptions below). Your satisfaction makes us happy.
- No restocking fees or other hidden fees.
- All returns require an RMA number. So please contact us BEFORE returning anything. We will email you an RMA number and set you up.
- Our return address is different than our shipping warehouse address. We do not accept returns at our shipping address.
Please note that if you return your item with out an RMA number you void this return policy.
How To Return An Item
- Contact us by phone or email and let us know you’d like to return your purchase.
- We will email you an RMA number right away along with the return address to send it to.
- You then package your items and return them to us. Once we receive the items, we issue you the refund.

Return Exceptions
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered (without tags, tears, etc) will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Merchandise that was damaged or broken by the customer will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Merchandise that comes with accessories and the accessories are not included. Example: Flashlights that come with chargers and batteries and only the flashlight is returned.
- Any order that is over $200 is considered a final sale. The reason for this is we cannot offer both a return policy for large orders and sell at the low prices we offer. Since most shoppers are looking for the best price, ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT FOR ANY ORDER(s) OVER $200 or more. In the event of receipt of damaged or defective items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email to support@mytacticalworld.com
In order to resell these items, we need them to be in their original manufacture condition.

Exchanges
Maybe you don’t like the color and want to swap it for another? That’s okay with us! If your item is still in NEW condition (tags still on, any/all accessories included, no signs of wear or use, etc) you may exchange your item for a different size or color. All you have to do is pay shipping both ways. Return to us and back to you.
Damaged Goods
Over 99% of our shipments arrive to the customer safe and sound. However occasionally items in a shipment are damaged in transit. All merchandise is carefully inspected prior to shipping, and professionally packed using high strength corrugated boxes and appropriate fill materials. If you should receive damaged items, YOU MUST RETAIN ALL SHIPPING CARTONS AND PACKING MATERIALS AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. You shouldn’t have to pay for someone elses mistake and neither should we! This is necessary because when we file a damage claim with the shipper, sometimes they want to collect the merchandise and packaging for inspection. As soon as we are notified by the shipper whether or not they wish to inspect the package we will let you know. If so, they will make arrangements with you directly to pick up the package(s). As soon as the claim is accepted by the shipper (in most cases this is within 24-48 hours), we will ship out your replacement items.
Whoa, this isn’t what I ordered?!
Our shipping department takes great pride in ensuring that your order is shipped accurately. Each order is checked for accuracy 3 different times before shipping, and a photographic record is made of the contents of each order (cautious, remember?). In the unlikely event that there are any discrepancies in your order, (ie. items missing or wrong item shipped) please notify us by email or telephone within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any claims for order discrepancies if not reported to us in a timely manner (within 5 business days of receipt of order). As long as you let us know within 5 business days, we will set up a return and get your items quickly shipped out to you.
