Payment Policy

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Simply follow the checkout process, and enter your credit card information as requested. Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase.

Backorders

If you order an item that is temporarily unavailable from the manufacturer, we will collect payment at the time of purchase. You will receive an email notice about your backorder with an estimated shipping date. If you are not interested in waiting, please contact our customer relations team via email or at 706-717-5037 (M – F 11AM – 7PM EST). We will be happy to recommend an alternative or simply refund your purchase. As always, your satisfaction makes us happy

Declined Payments

If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. Your card will not be charged, and no order will be processed Your card may be declined for the following reasons:

  • General decline – This is usually caused by insufficient funds or a credit-limit issue. Contact your card-issuing bank for further details.
  • AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch – The billing address you entered during checkout does not match the mailing address associated with your credit card billing statement.
  • Card code mismatch – The 3-4 digit CVV2/CVC2/CID code on the back of your credit card does not match what was entered during checkout.

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders can be submitted via checkout through our website, phone, mail or e-mail. Please do not submit credit card information through e-mail as it is not a secure method of communication.

PayPal

To make a purchase using PayPal, select PayPal as your payment method. You will find this payment method on the shopping cart/checkout page. The PayPal login button is listed below the “Secure Checkout” button. To log into your PayPal account, click the “Check out with PayPal” button. This will take you directly to PayPal.com where you will enter your billing, shipping and payment information. Once you are logged in, you will be directed back to the shopping cart page on our site to confirm your order. You can also checkout with your debit or credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Quotes

We will be happy to provide a quote for large quantity orders. If you would like to request a quote, fill out our RAQ (Request A Quote) form or contact an order specialist at 706-717-5037 (M – F 11AM – 7PM CT) or via e-mail. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive your quote.
